Nasi Goreng Special with Zesty Chicken


My dinner for tonight. Some food experiment I did by using orange as the main ingredient for the chicken. Yes, orange! Do you think that's only for dessert? And, tom yam paste and wet anchovies (ikan bilis) for the nasi goreng. Great combination with cut chilli, diced lime and soy sauce. Mmmm.. delicious!
