Crepe Suzette

Yes, after watching Masterchef I've learn some new easy recipes which I can do when I'm hungry or just bored & hungry at the same time =) This is a 70's crepe which is zesty yet if you add whipped cream on top it's just perfect. Sweet & sour!

Here's the recipe:
Crepe:
115gram Flour
2 Eggs
280ml-300ml Milk
Salt

Orange Sauce:
Orange zest (or anything zesty)
Orange juice
3/4 cup of sugar
Butter

Methods:

First step:
Mix flour, eggs and milk in a bowl -whisk all together
Butter the pan till foamy
Pour the foamy butter into the mixture bowl and add a pinch of salt and a little more milk to get a smooth & creamy texture -(make sure the texture is not too thick).
Then pour the mixture on the buttered pan. Make sure that the mixture on the pan is not too thick -just nice and thin.

Second step:
Then, zest the orange and squeeze the juice out.
Strain the orange juice.
Mix the sugar and zest together till it makes into a clump.
Then, add sugar on the pan till caramelize, add the zesty clump mixture in and pour the orange juice.
Add a little butter and later put the cooked crepe in and shape the crepe into a triangle.
And you are done and serve with anything you like.
Be creative people!! (fruit, whipped cream, honey, nuts, etc..)

p/s: This methods is from my own understanding. I am not liable if anything goes wrong in your kitchen. However, do ask if in need of assistants.
